The IH (IS) type chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is marked with rated performance points and size equivalent to international standards. It is an updated product determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers, etc. for transporting corrosive or non polluting media.
The IHF fluoroplastic reinforced alloy chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump designed in accordance with the international standard ISO2858. The material used for the overcurrent section of the medium is FEP, PVDF, and other materials with high temperature and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, power, electroplating, printing and dyeing, pesticides, papermaking, food, and chemical fibers to transport various corrosive media of any concentration for a long time under temperature conditions of -80 ℃ -200 ℃, including acids, liquid alkalis, and strong oxidants.
The HJ series corrosion-resistant alkali pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, and its markings, rated performance points, and dimensions all comply with the GB5662-1985 standard, equivalent to ISO2858-1975. It belongs to the same type as the IH type promoted by the country. Alkali industry, steel industry, acid industry, petrochemical industry, synthetic fiber and pigment industry, paper industry, fertilizer industry, pharmaceutical industry, environmental protection.
The performance range (design point) of this series of pumps is: flow rate of 6.3-400 square meters per hour. Lift 5-200M. The temperature of the conveying medium is generally -20 ℃ -105 ℃. Depending on the corrosion of the pump caused by the conveyed medium, users can choose corresponding corrosion-resistant materials.
The commonly used materials for components in contact with the medium are cast iron, cast steel, 2Cr13, 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 40Cr, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti (titanium), Monel. 00Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti, Hastelloy B alloy, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 series alloy, 20 alloy steel, 0Cr25Ni, F46, FEP \ PVDF \ UHMWPE, etc.
